Available in four models, with capacities ranging from 0.5-10MM BTU/hr; the Oxy Conical can also come with oxygen staging.
How It Works
The Oxy Conical burner has a nozzle design that assists in the delay of mixing the gas and oxygen, increasing the cracking and soot generation in the flame causing an increasing in the radiative heat flux. This nozzle design allows for reliable mixing of the gas and oxygen, resulting in the consistency of the flame as fuel use varies. The addition of staging to the Oxy Conical will allow control of the oxygen to the burner, increasing flame length.
