Water Cooled Burners

Developed especially where continuous level, direct flame is required, as in laminating, and where any distortion of the flame pattern would be detrimental to the finish of the product. The water core is an integral part of the casting and provides cooling of the ribbon space for the entire length of the burner.

Selas offers the only truly water-cooled ribbon burner where the cooling core is an integral part of the burner casting. This core is located longitudinally on both sides of the flame space and provides for maximum flow through the water jacket over the entire burner length.

This burner is especially adaptable where a continuous, level, direct flame is required and where any distortion of the flame pattern would be detrimental to the finish of the product.

The Selas Water Cooled Burner is being used extensively in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia for lamination of any Poly and can be furnished for virtually any specified length as replacement on existing equipment or furnished as a complete package as shown.
